Family Solutions is a growing private counseling practice that serves families in Guilford and Randolph Counties. Services are provided in the community and in the office. We are looking for mental health professionals to be contract therapists for our company and earn up to $44 per hour for fully licensed staff and $40 per hour for provisionally licensed staff.

Current Positions:

We are seeking outpatient therapist for our High Point/Archdale location.  We are expanding services in this area and need additional staff.  

Outpatient Therapist is a direct service provider responsible for the quality and ethical delivery of individual and family outpatient services.  Therapist is responsible for providing diagnosis, assessment, and treatment to children, and/or families where behavior problems, emotional instability, neglect, physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse is present.  A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field and full licensure is preferred.  Applicant must provide documentation of licensure.  One year post graduate experience in a clinical setting with child/adolescent population and experience with young children’s mental health preferred.  In-service and training on current evidence-based practices are available to our staff (see our current service array on our website for more details).  Clinical supervision is provided to staff to ensure quality care to children and families.  Hours for all Outpatient Therapists are flexible and vary according to client need.  This position does include evening work.  Must be able to maintain at least ten clients per week.
