Family Solutions is a growing private counseling practice that serves families in Guilford, Alamance, and Randolph Counties. Services are provided in the community and in the office. We are looking for fully licensed and provisionally licensed mental health professionals to be contract therapists for our company and earn up $44 per hour.  Must have a passion for clinical services and commitment to high professional standards.

Current Positions: Outpatient Therapist- must have clinical experience with young children.

We are seeking outpatient therapist for our Greensboro, Burlington, and High Point office locations.  Must have clinical experience with young children.

Our outpatient therapists are a direct service provider responsible for the quality and ethical delivery of individual and family outpatient services.  Therapist is responsible for providing diagnosis, assessment, and treatment to children, and/or families where behavior problems, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation issues, neglect, physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse is present.  A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field and full licensure is expected.  Applicant must provide documentation of licensure.  One year post graduate experience in a clinical setting with child/adolescent population and experience with young children’s mental health preferred.  In-service and training on current evidence-based practices are available to our staff (see our current service array on our website for more details).  We are very serious about our clinical work with clients but we also like to have fun and have a positive/energetic work culture.  Clinical supervision is provided to staff to ensure quality care to children and families.  Hours for all outpatient therapists are flexible and vary according to client need.  This position does include evening work.  Must be able to maintain at least a minimum of ten clients per week.
