Angie is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Counseling and Counselor Education from UNC-Greensboro. Angie graduated with a Masters of Science in Couples and Family Counseling from UNC-Greensboro and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Central Florida. She has experience in different psychotherapy settings and has worked with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families. Angie draws from an existential, family systems, and social constructivist lens as well as uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT and Solution Focus. Angie also has experience with Latinos and is Bilingual. When not studying or working with clients she enjoys reading, exercising, exploring new activities, and being with her family.
