Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health from North Carolina A&T State University. Sarah has focused her work in the area of trauma, sexual violence, and gender. She specializes in working with Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Self-esteem, Abuse, Sexual and Gender issues, Parenting and Relationships, non-traditional relationships and co-parenting, and PTSD. Sarah has a certificate in Marriage and Family therapy, and has worked with Clients using a combination of behavioral and process oriented approaches to empower individuals and families to create positive changes in their life. Sarah has lived in Greensboro for 12 years and stays busy with her community, and chasing her two children around. Outside of the office, she can usually be found singing karaoke and enjoying good food!
