Annie graduated with her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UNC Greensboro. She enjoys counseling children, teens, and adults. Annie primarily uses a Person-Centered and Family Systems approach to counseling, but also likes to incorporate creative modalities in session, such as art and play therapy. She welcomes clients of all backgrounds and identities and creates a counseling space that is LGBTQ+ affirming. Annie’s clinical interests and experiences include working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, grief/loss, chronic illness, autism and challenging life transitions. Outside of work, Annie loves to read, travel, play with her dog and spend time with loved ones.
