Family Solutions is a growing private counseling practice that serves families in Guilford, Alamance, and Randolph Counties. Services are provided in the community and in the office. We are looking for fully licensed and associate-level licensed mental health professionals to be W2 therapists for our company and earn up to $55 per hour. Must have a passion for clinical services and a commitment to high professional standards.
Effective January 1, 2021, we offer health insurance, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time staff.
Why is W2 employment status important vs 1099 Contractor? This means that withholdings are taken out of each pay period, we provide worker's comp and liability insurance.
Open IHTS Positions Available
In-Home Therapy Services (IHTS) is a new clinical community-based service we started in January 2019 and we are so excited about this service. It blends great clinical work and care management in the community for children and families with complex clinical & care management needs. The service is 2 hours per week per family. We currently provide this service in Alamance County and it does require full licensure. This service is so exciting we created its own website @ www.ihtsfamilysolutions.com. Our IHTS therapists are direct service providers responsible for the quality and ethical delivery of individual and family outpatient services to children/adolescents and their caregivers. Therapist are responsible for providing diagnosis, assessment, and treatment to children, adolescents and caregivers where behavior problems, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation issues, neglect, physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse are present. Direct face to face services are provided in the community and care management can be done in the office.
A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field and full licensure is required per service definition. Applicant must provide documentation of licensure.
We are very serious about our clinical work with clients, but we also like to have fun and have a positive/energetic work culture.
Clinical supervision at no charge is provided to staff to ensure quality care to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Hours for all IHTS therapists are flexible and vary according to client need but typically most direct service is provided in the afternoon or evenings after school. Care management services can be provided during the typical work hours. We are looking for W2 part-time IHTS staff. Two options: (1) Contract IHTS position is $60 per hour, mileage, training, mobile phone, and therapy supplies stipend. (2) Part-time 20 hour/week employee position is $24,000 annual salary plus mileage, training, mobile phone, and therapy supplies stipend.

Outpatient Therapy Position: Greensboro Office
Our outpatient therapists are direct service providers responsible for the quality and ethical delivery of individual and family outpatient services. Therapist is responsible for providing diagnosis, assessment, and treatment to adults, children, and/or families where behavior problems, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation issues, neglect, physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse are present.

In-service and training on current evidence-based practices are available to our staff (see our current service array on our website for more details).

Hours for all outpatient therapists are flexible and vary according to client needs. This position does include evening work. Must be able to maintain a caseload of 15 to 25 clients per week. The position is W2 employee and the hourly rate ranges from $40 - $55 per hour. The pay range is based on the type of insurance and type of license.
