Sarah Dick, MS, LCMHC, NCC
Sarah is a licensed professional counselor who completed her Master degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Education from North Carolina State University. Sarah has provided therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults since 2015 in integrative health, school and outpatient settings. Sarah is trained and experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed treatment, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and play therapy. Sarah specializes in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, life adjustment and acculturation difficulties, and developmental issues. Sarah has decades of experience working with the Latinx community and is bilingual. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, sharing stories with family and friends and having an adventure in the outdoors.
