Tatiana Richardson, MSW, LCSWA
Originally from Florida, I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I have over eight years of experience working within the Florida Child Welfare System, where I have dedicated my career to supporting children, adolescents, and families through compassionate, relationship-centered care. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with children involved in the foster care system, individuals who have experienced complex trauma, and children and families navigating adoption-related experiences. I am passionate about helping children and families build safe, stable, and nurturing environments where they can heal, grow, and thrive.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors. My dog, Bear, is my favorite adventure companion, and we love going on walks and hikes together. In my free time, I also enjoy reading, traveling, swimming, going to the gym, and finding the perfect cup of coffee. Most importantly, I value spending meaningful time with family and friends!
